What we do

Services

Architecture leads, because it determines whether everything after it succeeds. Platform work follows from the design — not the other way round.

Where we start

Enterprise & Solution Architecture

The design work that determines whether everything else succeeds.

Before you choose a platform, someone needs to understand how your business actually works — not the org-chart version, the real one. We map your processes, data and systems, identify where the friction genuinely is, and design a target architecture that fits your business, your budget and your people's capacity to absorb change. Then we give you a roadmap to get there in stages that each deliver something useful.

  • Current-state assessment — systems, data flows, integration points
  • Target architecture design and technology selection
  • Quality attributes: performance, security, scalability, cost
  • Phased transformation roadmap with clear decision points
  • Architecture governance and standards for in-house teams

Who it is for: organisations with several systems that have grown organically, or anyone about to make a large platform commitment and wanting it de-risked first.

AI Strategy & Advisory

Work out where AI actually pays before you spend on it.

Most AI conversations start with the technology and work backwards to a problem. We do the opposite — we look at where your time and money genuinely go, assess whether your data is in a state to support AI at all, and identify the handful of places where it would make a measurable difference. You get an honest answer, including “not yet, and here is what to fix first” when that is the truth.

  • AI readiness assessment — data, governance, infrastructure, skills
  • Opportunity identification, prioritised by business value
  • Build-vs-buy and platform guidance
  • Realistic cost, timeline and risk picture

AI Implementation

Putting AI into the actual workflow.

Strategy is worth nothing unimplemented. We build the things: document processing that removes manual data entry, forecasting that improves planning, assistants that answer questions against your own data, automated classification and routing. For enterprises we integrate into existing ERP and CRM. For smaller businesses we deliver focused implementations that solve one expensive problem well.

  • AI-powered process automation
  • Document and data extraction
  • Integration with Dynamics 365, Odoo and Power Platform
  • Forecasting and predictive models
  • A right-sized delivery track for growing businesses

Business Process Automation

Microsoft Power Platform. Remove the manual work that is quietly costing you.

Every business runs on processes nobody designed — approvals chased over email, data retyped between systems, reports assembled by hand each month. The Power Platform is unusually good at fixing exactly this, quickly and without a large capital project.

  • Process analysis and automation opportunity mapping
  • Power Automate workflow automation
  • Custom Power Apps for desktop, tablet and mobile
  • Power BI dashboards and reporting
  • Robotic Process Automation for legacy systems with no API

If you already have Microsoft 365, much of this is partly licensed and unused.

ERP & CRM Implementation

The right platform for your scale — not the biggest one we can sell you.

ERP and CRM projects fail more often than they succeed, usually because the platform was oversized for the business, or configured to match a process nobody had examined. We do the architecture work first, then implement on the platform that actually fits.

  • Dynamics 365 — larger organisations needing deep Microsoft integration, complex requirements and enterprise governance
  • Odoo — growing businesses needing proper ERP or CRM without enterprise cost and complexity
  • Platform selection based on your requirements, not our preference
  • Data migration from existing systems and spreadsheets
  • User training, adoption support, and post-go-live optimisation

Also

Supporting services

Delivered on their own, or as part of a broader architecture engagement.

SAP Transportation Management

Logistics and transport operations optimised on SAP TM — implementation, process design, ERP integration, and the change management to make it stick. A strong fit for manufacturers and distributors moving goods across African markets.

IT Infrastructure & Automation

Cloud migration planning and execution, hybrid infrastructure, cost optimisation, security and compliance, and infrastructure-as-code so environments are reproducible rather than hand-built.

Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

Getting to a single trustworthy version of the numbers: data warehousing, Power BI dashboards, self-service reporting, and the data governance to keep it reliable.

Chatbots & Virtual Assistants

Conversational assistants for customer service and internal support, built against your own data and integrated with your systems — not a generic bot bolted onto a website.

Training & Capacity Building

Technology training, certification preparation, workshops and structured knowledge transfer. Often the difference between a system that is adopted and one that is merely tolerated.

Industry-Specific Solutions

Custom development where off-the-shelf genuinely does not fit — supply chain, manufacturing, healthcare and retail. We recommend this last, not first.

How we engage

Usually first

Architecture Review

Fixed scope, typically two to four weeks. Assessment of your current state, a target architecture, and a phased roadmap — delivered as a document and a working session.

It stands alone. There is no obligation to continue with us afterwards.

Project Delivery

Implementation against an agreed architecture, priced by phase, with each phase delivering something usable rather than a single distant go-live.

Ongoing Advisory

Continuing architectural guidance for organisations with internal teams who want senior oversight without a full-time hire.

Why the review comes first. It de-risks the engagement for both sides. You find out whether we are useful before committing to a project, and we scope from evidence rather than assumption.

Not sure which of these you need?

That is normal, and it is what the first conversation is for. Describe the problem and we will tell you honestly what would help — including when the answer is “less than you think”.
