We start with the design.
Anyone can install software. The difference between a system that works and one that quietly gets abandoned is whether someone thought properly about how it fits together: the data, the processes, the people using it, and what happens when the business changes.
That is where we start. But we do not stop at the drawing. We develop, deliver and run the system too.
Most transformation projects fail slowly. Not with a crash, but with a system nobody trusts, data that will not reconcile, and a team that quietly goes back to spreadsheets.
That is usually not a technology failure. It is an architecture failure: decisions about how the pieces fit, made too late, by too many people, with nobody holding the whole picture.
