Who we are

eDTAA Technologies Limited, a company registered in Nigeria (RC 1776651), with offices at 4 Adeyemo Close, Osogbo, Osun State, Nigeria, and in Dublin 15, Ireland. For any question about this notice, contact hello@edtaa.com.

What this website collects

This site has no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no third-party cookies. It sets no cookies of its own. Fonts are served from this domain rather than a font network, so visiting a page does not tell anyone else that you were here.

The only information we collect is what you type into the contact form and choose to send:

• Your name and company
• Your email address, and phone number if you provide one
• Your location, if you provide it
• The enquiry category you select
• The message you write

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address in the ordinary course of serving the page and protecting the form from automated abuse. We do not store it alongside your enquiry.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use it solely to read and respond to your enquiry, and to keep a record of the conversation if it becomes a commercial relationship. We ask for your explicit consent on the form before you submit it. Where a business relationship follows, we continue to rely on our legitimate interest in maintaining ordinary business correspondence.

We do not use your details for marketing, we do not add you to any mailing list, and we do not sell or share them for anyone else's marketing.

Who processes it

Submitting the form sends two emails: one to us, and an acknowledgement to you. Two providers are involved:

• Cloudflare — hosts this website and runs the function that handles the form.
• Resend — delivers the two emails.

Both act as processors on our instructions. Your enquiry then sits in our business email system like any other message.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted within 24 months. Where the enquiry becomes a client relationship, correspondence is retained for as long as the relationship lasts and for the period afterwards required by applicable accounting and tax rules.

International transfers

We operate from Nigeria and Ireland, and our providers operate globally, so your information may be processed outside your own country. Where information is transferred out of the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards our providers have in place, including standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our use of it. Email hello@edtaa.com and we will respond within one month.

Depending on where you are, you may also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority — in Ireland the Data Protection Commission, and in Nigeria the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Changes

If this notice changes materially we will update the date at the top. Because the site uses no trackers, there is nothing here that changes quietly.
